2. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Free quotes are subject to a site survey and our written terms of engagement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Our services
- Commercial and domestic building works are carried out under a separate written contract.
- All work is covered by a 10-year workmanship guarantee and relevant statutory warranties.
- Planning permission and building regulation approvals are the client's responsibility, assisted by Struxen where agreed.
4. Pricing and payment
Payment terms are set out in each written contract. Unless otherwise agreed, we are not liable for costs arising from changes outside the agreed scope of works.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of the contract for the relevant works.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
