What We Look For
Standards for every trade partner
We hold our subcontractors to the same standards we hold ourselves. Applications are reviewed against these basics:
- Public liability insurance of at least £2m
- CSCS cards for all site operatives
- Relevant trade accreditations — e.g. NICEIC for electrical, Gas Safe for gas work
- City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications where applicable
- A good safety record with method statements where required
- References from recent projects or clients

Supply chain questions
We regularly work with groundworks, brickwork, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, decorating, landscaping, scaffolding and demolition contractors, plus skip and waste management companies. If your trade isn't listed, select "Other" and tell us about it.
You'll need public liability insurance of at least £2m. Depending on your trade you may also need employers' liability cover and professional indemnity — we confirm exact requirements during onboarding.
We review every application within 5 working days. Once approved, you're onboarded onto our supplier list and considered for suitable work.
